Multilayer panel with foamed polystyrene core
The multilayer panel SANWICH is the modular construction element with the structure consisting of two structural lining layers and insulating and structural core. The lining is made from the pressed steel sheets, 0.5 mm thick, galvanized and coated with the polyester lacquer, and the core is made from the self-extinguishing foamed polystyrene of class EPS-80. The core is connected with linings with use of the two-component polyurethane glue. This connection assures transferring of high horizontal and vertical loads, and the core (in various thickness) assures great thermal insulating power. There is a possibility of making flat panels or with one side lining, suitable for insulating of existing walls and floors. Such structural element has very good technical and use parameters, and may be widely used in the industrial and housing building engineering. Standard connection of wall panels is the tongue joint (our offer includes two joint types).
The roof panels Pd have on the internal side the same joint as the wall panels, but on the external side they are profiled at angle 90ยบ, the joint is closed with the flashing and sealed with the foamed polystyrene liner, which prevents water penetration and heat leakage bridges. The unique solution is used in the roof panel Pdn, which consists in using the trapezoid joint on the external side, facilitating the installation, assuring tightness and eliminating flashings. The milled surfaces of foamed polystyrene boards eliminate the thermal leakage bond. The standard colour is RAL 9002, but other colours are available on demand. During transport and installation the panels lining is protected with the protective foil on both sides. There is a possibility of making panels without the film.
